This Privacy Policy describes how LM Tech Solutions LLC ("RingThread," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ringthread.com or communicate with a business that uses the RingThread service.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide when communicating with a RingThread-powered business: your name, phone number, and the content of your messages.
• Location information: the service address you type or tell us so the business you contacted can perform the work. We do not collect GPS, device, or network-derived location data — your location is only what you choose to tell us.
• Call information when you call a RingThread-powered number: your phone number, call time, and — if you choose to leave one — a voicemail and its transcription.
• Website information: basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) if you visit ringthread.com.

How we use information

• To respond to your calls and messages on behalf of the business you contacted, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
• To pass your service request to the business you contacted — your conversation belongs to that business.
• To operate, secure, and improve the RingThread service.

Text messaging and consent

RingThread sends text messages only in response to contact you initiate — for example, when you call or text a participating business. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from that business's number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

ringthread.com does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session replay, or cross-site tracking of any kind. Our hosting provider records basic server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Sharing

We share information only with: (a) the business you contacted, whose service request it is; (b) service providers who help us operate the platform (such as telecommunications and cloud infrastructure providers), bound by their own confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain conversation records for as long as needed to provide the service to the business you contacted, after which they are deleted on a scheduled basis. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@ringthread.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request:

• Access to the personal information we have about you;
• Correction of inaccurate information;
• Deletion of your information, subject to limited exceptions (for example, records a participating business needs to complete work already scheduled, or that we're required to retain by law); and
• A copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ringthread.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and redaction of message content from operational logs. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is intended for use by adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
